Rotating wash tool

1.     Introduction

Rotaing wash tool is a cleanout tool, composed by the joint, rod, porous weight

shampoo, thrust bearings and other components. Tools rotated by the rotation of a

high pressure jet spray to wash debris attached on the wall paraffin, rust, sand and

other debris.

3.     Application

Rotating wash tool is mainly used for cleaaaaning the casing wall. Connect with the

tubing first and down into the predetermined position when using, then push high

pressure fluid which gush from the rotating nozzle tool, forming high pressure jet

flow.

Several nozzles distributed along the circumferential direction of the

sprinkle-nozzle,   jet nozzles spray sideways while generating rotational torque, so

that the discharge side of the nozzle while generating rotational torque, so that the

nozzle while rotating played washed sand, with the exception of wax action
