Product Introduction :
Carbon Seamless steel pipe is used to transport fluid , such as the transportation of oil , natural , gas water and some solid material , such as pipe . And also can be used for various services such as onshore , offshore , shallow water and deep water , non-sour and services . The use of carbon seamless steel pipe manufacturing ring parts and improve material utilization , simplify the manufacturing process save materials and processing time , such as rolling bearing rings , jackets, etc . has been widely used to manufacture steel pipe .

Standard : APL 5L PSL1 , API 5L PSL2 , ASTM A106 , ASTM A179 , ASTM A192 , DIN1629
Grades : Grade A, B, C, X42 , X52 , X56 , X60 , X70 , X80 ; A192; ST37 , ST44 , ST52 , etc
Outside Diameters : O.D from 1/4’’ to 28’’ , 60.3mm to 660.4mm
Wall Thickness : W/T from 2.0mm to 160.0mm
Length : SRL , DRL , Special length from customer is acceptable .
Ends: Square Ends/Plain Ends (straight cut, saw cut, torch cut), Beveled /Threaded Ends
Coating : Black coating , oil/varnish , FBE , 2PE , 3PE , galvanized etc .
Packing : Bundle or bulk , seaworthy packing
Inspection : Phisical and chemical test lab , surface inspection , hydraulic testing , ultrasonic test , eddy current test , magnetic test , hardness test , charby impact test , HIC SSC test certificate from cooperated lab . Any third party inspection is acceptable .
