Polished Sucker Rod Clamps
This type of polished rod clamp is composited of clamp body, bolt, nut, and washer set (clamp slip, lock screw, rubber gasket of dustproof). There are threads on the clamp slip which closely snap onto the rods. Clamp slip is 20CrMnTi (Chinese brand) alloy steel with high strength, making clamp can stand working load can reach to 40,000 LBS Rated Working Load, and it is tested to 55,000 LBS maximum working load when used for 11/8" Polished rod. It is normally used for rods of size 1.1/8″, 1.1/4″, and 1.1/2″.

Rated Workload |
Each polished rod clamp design shall have a stated maximum load rating. The maximum rated load shall be no more than 75 % of the minimum load to initial slippage when a new polished rod clamp which has successfully completed validation testing per F.3 in accordance with API Spec11B(27th). |
